Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a nowcast warning for 12 districts of Odisha till 10.10 am on Friday.
Light to moderate rain is likely at some places in Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) , Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Nabarangpur, Koraput, and Malkangiri during the next one hour.

People have been advised to keep a close watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
