Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rain accompained by thunderstorm and lightning in various parts of 19 districts of Odisha till 7.30 pm on Tuesday.
The weather condition will prevail in Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur. Angul, Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Sundergarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Jajpur and Bhadrak districts for the next 3 hours.
People have been advised to move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
