Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre here has forecast light to moderate rain or thundershower at one or two places over in Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Jajpur, Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, and Jagatsinghpur till 3.30 pm on Wednesday.
