Mumbai: Actor Rajat Bedi, who marked his comeback after two decades with Aryan Khan’s directorial debut ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’, opined that both Shah Rukh Khan and his son are ‘overconfident’.
“The biggest similarity between Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan is their overconfidence,” while adding that it’s this “unwavering self-belief that drives their creative vision,” Rajat said during an interview with Zoom.
Sharing that Aryan’s confidence reminded him of Shah Rukh’s early days in the industry, Rajat said, “Aryan is extremely confident about what he wants. That same spark and conviction I once saw in Shah Rukh during his rise.”
In ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’, Rajat plays the role of a once-celebrated filmmaker, whose ethics blur as he gets trapped in the darker, manipulative side of the film industry.
