Bhubaneswar: Sekhar Sporting defeated Scan Sporting by nine runs to seal the quarter-final berth in the second edition of Rameswar Cup.
After winning the toss, Scan Sporting opted to ball first. Anurag Mishra and Sambit Baral clinched two wickets as Sekhar Sporting managed to score 138 runs at the loss of eight wickets in 25 overs. Spandan Mohanty scored 90 runs off just 79 deliveries.

In reply, Scan Sporting were bundled out for 129 runs in 18.1 overs. For the team, Manoj Sahu (41runs off 20) and Sambit Baral (33 runs off 10) were top scorers. Sekhar Das and Soyamansu Pati took four and three wickets respectively.
Spandan Mohanty was adjudged Man of the Match.
