Sambalpur: Police on Thursday arrested a schoolteacher, Pramod Kumar Kharsel, for allegedly raping a college girl, who happens to be a minor, at Kuchinda in Sambalpur district.
The accused was nabbed two days the girl lodged a police complaint on Tuesday night after a video of the incident, which took place on July 11, went viral.

In the complaint, the Plus II Second Year student of Kuchinda Women’s College had alleged that the accused took her to a forest the pretext of showing her the shooting of a music video and raped her.
