Indore: In one of its most impressive encounter, Royal Challengers Bangalore got a comprehensive win over Kings XI Punjab, defeating them by 10 wickets, on Monday.
Chasing a paltry target of 89 runs, skipper Virat Kohli (48 runs off 28 balls) and Parthiv Patel (40 runs off 22 balls) finished the match in the ninth over itself.

While batting, none of the players except Aaron Flinch (26) could reach the double digit figure. KXIP openers Lokesh Rahul and Chris Gayle, were sent to the dugout within five overs.
With this win, RCB maintain its chances of play-offs. With 10 points from 12 matches, they now need to win the remaining two matches.
