Rhea Chakraborty Files Complaint Against Sushant’s Sister For Forgery

Mumbai: Actress Rhea Chakraborty, who is currently being interrogated by the CBI in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, has filed a police complaint against the actor’s sister Priyanka Singh for forgery.

According to a report in NDTV, Rhea, in her complaint, has alleged that Priyanka and Dr. Tarun Kumar sent a ‘bogus medical prescription’ to Sushant for fetching ‘anxiety drugs’.

The WhatsApp chat between Sushant and his sister Priyanka shows that the latter asked the actor to take Librium for a week, Nexito every day and Lonazep at the time of anxiety attack.

Priyanka also helped her brother with a prescription from Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi, to get the medicines.

“Rhea Chakraborty has filed a police complaint before the Mumbai Police against Priyanka Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others for offences of forgery, NDPS Act and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020 for having sent a bogus medical prescription depicting SSR as an Out-Patient Department person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020 prescribing Schedule Drugs which are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act listed at items 36 and 37 as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited List, which prohibits prescribing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act. It is a misconduct under of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines,” Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde was quoted as saying by TOI.

Earlier, Rhea had alleged that Priyanka had molested her at Sushant’s place.

Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh had also alleged that Rhea lied about the incident to Sushant, following which things turned sour between the actor and her sister Priyanka. Rhea created a rift between Sushant and his family, claimed the lawyer.
