RTO Employee Dies Of COVID-19 In Odisha’s Ganjam

Berhampur: The Ganjam administration on Friday informed about the death of an employee of the Regional Transport Office (RTO) infected with COVID-19.

He died while undergoing treatment.

Taking the twitter, Ganjam RTO tweeted, “Regret to inform regarding the sad demise of Shri V.Devraj Reddy Class IV employee of RTO, Ganjam under treatment at TATA COVID Hospital Berhampur. He was engaged on duty at Jaunpur and Berhampur railway station to receive returnees coming by Shramik Special Trains.”


Ganjam district reported four more COVID-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking to the toll in the district to 170.
