Puri: The State Bank of India (SBI) branch office in Gop block of Odisha’s Puri district was sealed on Tuesday after the branch manager tested positive for COVID-19.
While the branch manager was in home isolation, eight bank staff, who had contact with him, underwent antigen test.
Apart from this, the administration has directed the local authorities to conduct the antigen test of the customers who had visited the bank.
The branch office is currently being sanitised.
