Schools Post Lockdown: Eminent Panellists Feel There’s Light At The End Of Tunnel

Bhubaneswar: An elite group of panellists took part in a Webinar on one of the most relevant topics of the day: ‘Schools Post Lockdown — WHAT? WHY? HOW?’

Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, Founder & Mentor, SAI International Education Group, Chairman East Zone FICCI Arise and Adviser to Adarsh Vidyalaya Sangathan, Govt of Odisha, said that though COVID-19 has disrupted every sphere of life, there is huge opportunity at the end of the tunnel.

Dr Sahoo felt that this disruption will lead to a new normal, where education will become better, wider and larger and much deeper.

The other panellists were Dr Abdulla Rasheed Ahmed, Minister of State for Education, Republic of Maldives; Dr Joseph Emmanuel, Director, Academics, CBSE; Lt Gen. SH Kulkarni, Member FICCI ARISE and Director Mayo College Ajmer; Preeti  Hingorani, Vice-President, Cambridge University Press; Raghav Poddar, Chairman Poddar Group of Schools, Chairman West Zone, FICCI ARISE; and Dr Arunabh Singh, Chairman West Uttar Pradesh, FICCI ARISE and Director-Nehru World School.

Over 30,000 people from more than 20 countries viewed the webinar, which was hosted by FICCI ARISE in association with Cambridge University Press, India.

    All where lock down, the students of Schools, Colleges and Universities get Education through Android mobile and Zoom application as Prasad of gyan sagar. The Educational Institutions may call the students on odd-even basis to adjust them in the class rooms following the social distancing. The teachers should adjust themselves.
