Bhubaneswar: Severe thunderstorm coupled with heavy rain, lightning, and gusty surface wind is likely to hit at least five districts of Odisha on Wednesday evening, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a nowcast warning
In a message issued at 4.30 pm, the IMD said severe thunderstorm, heavy rain, lightning with surface wind with speed up to 60-80 kmph may occur in isolated places of Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Koraput and Rayagada districts in next three hours.
