Mumbai: Filmmaker Siddharth Anand, who is helming the highly-anticipated action film ‘King’, reacted strongly to the viral leak of on-set photos featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.
Expressing his displeasure, Siddharth urged fans to help preserve the magic of cinema by not circulating such unauthorised images and experience the film as intended, rather than through early, unofficial glimpses online.
Sharing a poster on X, the filmmaker wrote, “REQUEST TO ALL THE FANS. Please do not post or circulate any leaked multimedia from the sets of KING. The team is working round the clock to ensure the best cinematic experience for everyone. Let us wait for the surprise on the big screen and for the assets to be revealed as the team of King originally intends to. Thank you for your love, support and cooperation. ❤️ Shah Rukh Khan in & as KING.”

Recently, visuals from the South Africa schedule of ‘King’ surfaced online, showing Shah Rukh and Deepika filming what appears to be a visually striking sequence.
The leaked images quickly went viral across social media, sparking excitement and widespread speculation among fans.
In the viral pictures, Deepika is seen in a flowing orange outfit, radiating a noticeable pregnancy glow as she reportedly shoots a song sequence alongside Shah Rukh, who is dressed in a striped white-and-blue shirt paired with blue trousers.
Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, ‘King’ also marks Shah Rukh’s first on-screen collaboration with his daughter Suhana Khan.
Reports suggest SRK plays a seasoned underworld assassin, while Suhana portrays his protégé undergoing intense training for high-risk missions.
The film also features Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, and Raghav Juyal in key roles, and is slated for a December 24 release.
