Bhubaneswar: Students of SOA (Deemed to be University) secured top honours at a skit competition, which was organised to mark the Income Tax Day here on Tuesday.
The skit titled ‘Income Tax Raid’ was jointly directed by Rohan Yadav and Sangram Kochiari. The winners were presented a trophy and a cash award of Rs 15,000.
The SOA students, accompanied by NSS Coordinator Dr Nachiketa Sharma, also participated in the marathon conducted in the morning.
It was flagged off from the Kalinga Stadium by Principal Income Tax Commissioner Subrat Mishra.
Odisha’s ‘mountain man’ Jalandhar Nayak and national Kho Kho player Mandakini Majhi were felicitated on the occasion.
