Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for coronavirus again. The Portuguese striker, who plays club football in Italy for Juventus, picked up the virus last week, days after playing for Portugal against France and Spain and posing for a team photo at dinner.
He was forced into a period of quarantine. Eager to return to football, especially with a match against Barcelona coming up next week, Ronaldo got tested again only to be positive a second time. Though the virus is still there, he was reported to be asymptomatic.
This latest blow is almost certain to rule Ronaldo out of the much-hyped Champions League clash against his key rival Lionel Messi next week.
