Kendrapara: Some stray dogs were found eating a stillborn baby outside the Kendrapara district headquarters hospital (DHH) on Friday and residents, instead of stopping the act, were seen capturing it on their cellphones.
Even DHH authorities did nothing to drive away the stray dogs.
It is suspected that parents dumped the infant’s body after it died.
