Sub-Junior National Hockey: Odisha Boys Sail Into Semifinals

Mapusa (Goa): Odisha sailed into the semifinals of the 12th Hockey India Sub-Junior Men’s National Championship with an impressive 2-0 win over Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu in Goa on Thursday.

Bilkan Oram gave Odisha the lead in the 13th minute, while Rohit Singh netted the insurance goal four minutes after half-time at Pedem Sports Complex, Mapusa.

Odisha had qualified for the last-eight stage after winning all their Pool E fixtures – against Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Mizoram.
