Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik on Thursday appointed Bhubaneswar-North MLA Susant Kumar Rout as president of the party’s Bhubaneswar Organisational District.
Similarly, Biranchi Narayan Supakar has been appointed as its working president, the office order said.
