Mumbai: Two years have passed since that fateful day when the talented Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment.
Tuesday, 14th of June, 2022, was a day of reminiscences, memories and nostalgia, as Sushant’s loved ones took to social media to express their feelings for the Bollywood actor who touched many lives.
Girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, who was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in an alleged drugs abuse case in connection with Sushant’s death, shared unseen pictures of the duo on Instagram, where they look radiant and happy.
“Miss you every day,” Rhea captioned the post.

Sushant’s death was initially being probed by Mumbai Police, which pronounced it as a suicide case. But after Sushant’s father registered an FIR against Rhea at Patna, alleging that she took money from the actor and instigated him to commit suicide, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was handed over the investigation.
Thereafter, Enforcement Directorate (ED) and NCB also came into the picture to probe different angles. Rhea spent nearly a month in jail, accused of drug consumption, procurement, usage and transportation of drugs. She was also investigated for misappropriation of funds.
Sara Ali Khan, who was Sushant’s co-star in her first Bollywood film ‘Kedarnath’, penned a heartfelt note.
“From facing the camera for the first time to seeing Jupiter and the Moon through your telescope- so many firsts have happened because of you. Thank you for giving me all those moments and memories. Today on Full Moon night when I look up at the sky I know you’ll be up there amongst your favourite stars and constellations, shining bright. Now and forever,” Sara wrote on Instagram and shared a cosy picture with Sushant.
