Bhubaneswar: Fifteen fresh cases of swine flu were detected on Tuesday, taking the total number of people infected with the viral infection to 155 this season.
Official sources said these 15 were among the 30 samples sent to the Regional Medical Research Centre from different hospitals this morning.
So far, 460 swab samples have been tested, the sources added.
Meanwhile, swine flu claimed its ninth victim on Monday even as the state government assured people that the health department was taking all possible measures to tackle the menace.
