Bhubaneswar: The bravery and intelligence of forest officials, as reflected in two videos, have won several hearts on the internet. In one of the breathtaking video, a female forest beat officer is seen rescuing a massive king cobra in Kerala. The video has gone viral. It has been shared by Odisha-based retired forest officer Susanta Nanda. The video shows officer G S Roshni from the Paruthipalli Range skillfully handling the enormous snake with a snake-catching stick in a shallow stream. It showcases her bravery and expertise.

The snake was spotted in a stream where locals often bathe. The officer carefully manoeuvred a snake-catching stick to lift the venomous reptile. She later released it into a suitable habitat deep within the forest.
