Bhubaneswar: Odisha on Friday reported two more COVID-19 cases, taking the affected tally to 145.
The new cases have been detected in Balangir district, which was so far in the green zone with no corona patients.
The Health Family Welfare Department in a tweet identified them as two men aged 22 and 18. Both had recently returned from Tamil Nadu.
Contact tracing and follow-up action are being carried out, it added.

Notably, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had a videoconferencing with his Tamil Nadu counterpart Edappadi K Palaniswami and discussed about safe return of Odia people stranded in the state due to the ongoing lockdown, on Thursday.
With one death and 41 having been cured, Odisha now have 103 active cases.
