Mumbai: Filmmaker Farah Khan had revealed in a vlog that her cook Dilip had replaced her in an ad film with Shah Rukh Khan.
In her latest vlog, Farah shared how her friend Shah Rukh reacted to shooting an ad with her cook.
When Farah and Dilip recently visited Mini Mathur and Kabir Khan’s Mumbai residence for their new vlog, the filmmaker told them that her cook shot an ad with Shah Rukh.
Recalling her conversation with SRK about the ad, Farah shared, “He (Dilip) called me and said, ‘Please come and teach me.’ So Shah Rukh told me, ‘Mera time dekh kya chal raha hai, main tere cook ke saath ad kar raha hoon’ (Look at what times I’m going through — I’m shooting with your cook). I told him, ‘Mera time soch, tere ko chhod ke usko direct kar rahi hoon’ (Think about my times — I’m directing your cook instead of you).”
When Mini asked Dilip if he knows how to prepare tea, Farah revealed, “He does, but he has three sous-chefs to make chai for him. Dilip only cooks food. Once I asked him if he needed a dishwasher, and he said, ‘No, I have three dishwashers at home,’ and then he called our house helps Pushpa, Roshni and Suman and said, ‘Yeh dekho mere dishwashers’ (Look, my dishwashers). I don’t know how politically incorrect that is.”

Earlier, when Farah visited Gaurav Khanna’s house for her vlog, she revealed how Dilip replaced her in the ad shoot.
“Guys, I want to inform you all that Dilip recently shot an ad. I was supposed to be in the ad, but at the last minute, they told me I’d have to bring Dilip instead. Guess who he shot the advert with?” Farah said.
When Gaurav asked, “Who?”
To this, Farah’s cook Dilip replied, “Shah Rukh Khan.”
On the work front, Farah recently choreographed a song in the Salman Khan-starrer ‘Sikandar.’
Shah Rukh, on the other hand, was last seen in ‘Dunki.’ He will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘King.’
