Dhenkanal: Police have three persons in connection with the alleged gang rape of a married woman at Landipoliya village under Motonga Police limits in the district.
They have been identified as Subash Nayak, Asish Kumar Sahoo and Chatur Sahoo. They were nabbed on Wednesday night following raids in the village.
According to police sources, the trio had forcibly entered the woman’s house and gangraped her when her family members were away on Tuesday night.
“The victim and the accused were sent for medical examination. The accused have been forwarded to the court,” a police officer said.
