Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre issued a warning of thunderstorm and lightning accompanied by light to moderate rainfall in several parts of five districts in the state here on Monday.
The Met Centre advised the people of Balangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Nuapada and Bargarh to stay indoors till 11 am.
