Rayagada: Seven tourists, including three women, from Andhra Pradesh were allegedly brutally attacked by a group of cattle traders near Patupadar in Rayagada on Friday night. One among them sustained head injuries and is critical.
The tourists have lodged a complaint at Chandili police station.
According to reports, the tourists were thrashed by the traders when the former opposed the beating of the cattle they were transporting. The traffickers also abused the female tourists and snatched their cell phones and money purses.
