Bhubaneswar: Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) rewarded 56 lucky winners of its ‘Bill Pay and Win Scheme’ from Bhubaneswar at a prize distribution ceremony.

“We are committed to encouraging timely payments and adopting sustainable practices through innovative schemes. Paying digitally is convenient for customers and reduces paper usage, helping us create a greener tomorrow,” he said.

TPCODL, a joint venture of Tata Power and Odisha government, had launched the scheme to encourage the customers to pay their electricity bills on time. It rewards customers who pay their bills digitally and maintain a zero-arrear status.

Under the scheme, the customers, who pay their electricity bills on time and digitally, are eligible for a lucky draw to win prizes. This initiative not only rewards responsible customers but also promotes the use of digital payments, which is convenient and eco-friendly.

As part of the scheme, customers can also avail additional benefits such as a 4% digital rebate and a 10 paise per unit prompt payment rebate for making timely payments.

By promoting online transactions, the TPCODL aims at reducing the use of paper and supporting environmentally sustainable practices. Customers can enjoy the convenience of paying bills from home while contributing to a sustainable future.

To participate in such scheme, the customers can make timely bill payments through digital mode. They can contact TPCODL at 1912 or 1800-345-7122 for further details.
