Trupti To Withdraw Case Against Husband & Ollywood Actor Babushaan, Says Family Friend
Bhubaneswar: The controversy surrounding Ollywood actors Babushaan, Prakruti and former’s wife Trupti will come to an end soon.
This was stated by Babushann’s family friend Rabi Mishra before the media persons after the actor appeared before police in connection with a case filed by Trupti Satpathy. He said Trupti will withdraw the case filed against her husband and the dispute between the couple will be resolved soon.
Earlier in the day, Babushaan, who was summoned by police for questioning, went to Kharvela Nagar police for questioning in a case filed against him and Prakruti by his wife. He was accompanied by his mother and actress Aparajita Mohanty and Mishra. He cooperated and answered all the questions, police sources said.
Ttrupti had lodged a case under Section 498 ‘A’ of the IPC against Babushaan and another case under Section 506 against Prakruti at Kharvel Nagar Police station. Prakruti’s mother had also filed a case against Trupti.
This followed a video went viral showing Trupti assaulting her husband and Prakruti in a public place in broad daylight in Bhubaneswar three days back.
The actor has already moved the Orissa High Court for anticipatory bail.
