Mumbai: Ever since cricketer Deepak Chahar’s sister Malti Chahar entered the ‘Bigg Boss 19’ house as a wild card contestant, drama and entertainment in the house has increased manifold.
In the latest episode, Malti is seen indulging in an ugly fight with Farrhana Bhatt after the latter confronted her over comments on her career.
Farrhana initially sat down for a discussion with Malti in the Danube Room, but the latter walked away midway.
Baseer Ali then informed Farrhana that Malti was provoking Neelam to drag her profession during a fight. On hearing this, Farrhana lost her cool, and headed straight to Malti to clarify.
“Mujhe pata hai main yahan kyu aayi hoon, par lagta hai tumhe nahi pata tum yahan kyu aayi ho? Apne naam se aayi ho, yaa kisi aur naam se aayi ho? Apne bhai ke naam se aayi ho kya tum? Tum dusron ke profession par bolne aayi ho? Filmmaker ho, ek do film banayi hogi, woh bhi flop hogayi hogi? (I know why I’ve come here, but it seems you don’t know why you are here. Have you come her because of your own merits or someone else’s? Are you here because of your brother’s name and fame? Are you here to comment on other people’s professions? You call yourself a filmmaker, made one or two films, right? And those flopped!)” Farrhana said.
Malti responded that she was in the show because of her own identity.
Farrhana gave back, saying: “At least I have come here because of my own identity and not like you, who is riding on someone else’s name.”
The argument escalated into an ugly fight.
Revealing that she has 70K followers, Malti said, “Ye hai ek side actress. Ye koi peace activist nahi hai. Ye ladd ke aayi hai apne ghar se, aur ye koi peace activist nahi hai. Ye khud ko isliye peace activist bolti hai. Iske alawa isne kuch nahi kiya hai aaj tak. Isko paas bhi isliye kiya gaya hai taaki ye gandi zubaan failaye. (She’s just a side actress, not any peace activist. She’s someone who fought with her family to come here, but that doesn’t make her a peace activist. She calls herself a peace activist, because honestly, she hasn’t done anything else till date. She was selected for the show to spread negativity with her foul language.”
The contestants nominated for this week include Neelam Giri, Malti Chahar, Gaurav Khanna, and Mridul Tiwari.
