TwitterIndia Brings Odia Hashtag & I-Day Emoji
Bhubaneswar: While tweeting your Independence Day wishes with the hashtag #IndependenceDayIndia, a sandstone-red emoji pops up right next to it.
The emoji is a Red Fort, the Mughal-era building, in Delhi, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered his speech.. This is not all, you can also use the hashtag in your native language.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted, “This #IndependenceDay @TwitterIndia brings us #ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାଦିବସ in Odia – one of the six classical languages of India.”
