Bhubaneswar: Senior BJP leader and Union Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy, Raj Kumar Singh will arrive in Odisha on Tuesday on a one-day visit to campaign for his party.
Informing this to the media here on Monday, state BJP spokesperson Golak Mohapatra said the Union Minister will arrive at the Madhuban Hingula ground in Rasulpur block under Korei Assembly constituency in Jajpur district in a helicopter at 2.30 pm.
He will address a public meeting at the Hingula ground. From there, he will fly back to New Delhi in the afternoon.
Mohapatra on Sunday had said that besides Singh, five Union Ministers— Radha Mohan Singh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Ram Vichar Netam, Sanjay Paswan and Jayant Sinha— will visit Odisha on March 27 to campaign for the party.
The visit of these six Union Ministers will be followed by the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Odisha twice to address two public meetings at Jeypore in Koraput district and Kalahandi district on March 29 and April 1 respectively.
