Vizag Gas Leak Death Toll 13, Naveen Expresses Grief

Vishakhapatnam:  The lates death toll in the gas leak incident from a chemcial plant here has reached 13, including a child.

Over 1,000 are reportedly sick. Eight hundred were initially admitted in hospitals, but only 200 were kept under observation while the rest were discharged. Styrene gas escaped from an LG Polymers facility, which was shut due to the lockdown, after it was restarted past midnight allegedly without precautions.
