[Watch] Comedian Bharti Singh In Hospital For Gallbladder Surgery

New Delhi: Comedian and TV host Bharti Singh has been admitted to the hospital. She informed her fans about the hospitalisation in a vlog shot from her hospital bed. She said she was taken to the hospital after she experienced abdominal pain. She initially assumed it was a gastric problem but decided to go to the hospital because the pain did not subside. Bharti added that the tests have shown stones in her gallbladder and the doctors are working on the treatment.

Bharti broke down while sharing how she missed her son, Gola. She shared he was looking for her throughout the house and she was worried for him. She hoped this would end soon and she would reunite with her son. The video also featured glimpses of Haarsh, who looked worried. Watch the video below:

Just a few days back, Bharti opened up about the toxic work culture in the TV industry. Speaking on their podcast, Haarsh shared actors would function on minimum hours of sleep. “I’ve seen directors and creatives suffer heart attacks and health issues due to sleep deprivation. People would drink tea, smoke, eat only set food, and suffer from acidity, but wouldn’t be able to control it,” he said.

Bharti added, “I’ve even seen girls working with drips on daily soaps. They were not allowed to go home as the shot was not telecast by then.” Harsh then also revealed how director one cared about their perfect shot on camera and did not care about the actors going through ‘life and death situation’.
