[Watch] Cuttack Residents Face Glitches On CoWin Site, CMC Responds

Cuttack: While the availability of vaccines is an issue, denizens are frustrated about vaccine slot-booking site CoWIN not working properly.

Users on Monday reported that the portal was showing slots were available but there was no response after clicking on them.

We are aware of the technical glitches faced today during the online slot booking.

Details are awaited from the technical team of CoWIN.

As of now, kindly resist from trying to book the slots. Please don’t worry, more slots will be opened in coming days.

Similarly, the number of slots available differed while using different web browsers like Chrome and Internet Explorer.

The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) has acknowledged the issue and clarified that the problem is at CoWin’s end. It also refuted allegations that CMC is manipulating slots.

Similar issues were reported on May 14, which the CMC had also acknowledged.
