Mumbai: A late-night road altercation in Mumbai’s Andheri West turned into a public spectacle after Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Javed Shaikh, allegedly crashed his car into that of social media influencer and actress Rajshree More, before proceeding to abuse and threaten her in full public view. The entire episode was captured on camera and has since gone viral on social media.
According to the complaint filed by Rajshree More at Amboli police station, the incident occurred near the station late on Sunday night. Rahil, who was reportedly drunk and half-naked, rammed his vehicle into hers and then stepped out in a state of aggression. In the video footage shared by More on her Instagram, Rahil is seen behaving in an unruly manner, shouting abuses, and allegedly trying to intimidate her by identifying himself as the son of an MNS leader.
“He came out of the car and started screaming, threatening me, and using filthy language. I was terrified. He said, ‘Bh***d paishe ghe’ and started pushing and intimidating me. He even told the cops who arrived on the scene to back off, bragging about his political connections,” Rajshree alleged in her statement.

More, who is known in the influencer circuit and is a close friend of television personality Rakhi Sawant, alleged that Rahil attempted to leverage his father’s political stature to avoid any action. She also claimed that this wasn’t the first time she had faced political harassment. “Recently, I had to deal with a complaint filed against me by MNS workers over a video where I was accused of mocking Marathi,” she added, referring to a separate case registered at Oshiwara police station.
The video clips from the incident show Rahil slurring, partially undressed, and arguing with both Rajshree and the police officers, repeatedly asserting, “I am Javed Shaikh’s son, go tell them.” His erratic behaviour, seen and shared widely on social media platforms, has led to an uproar, with calls for strict legal action.
Amboli police have registered an FIR based on Rajshree’s complaint and are investigating the matter. Rahil has been booked under various sections related to rash driving, criminal intimidation, and public nuisance. Police officials confirmed that further legal proceedings are underway and statements from witnesses are being recorded.
The incident has triggered criticism online, with many users questioning the sense of impunity often displayed by children of political figures. So far, there has been no official response from Javed Shaikh or the MNS on the matter.
