The video shows stills of various scenic spots of the state with subtitles, speaking loud about the importance of nature and its conservation.
Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan also tweeted stressing the link between nature and life.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had tweeted earlier today about the same urging people to join #GreenOdisha drive and plant a sapling to help accomplish the five crore trees target.

World Nature Conservation Day is observed with an aim to spread awareness about protecting the natural resources of the Blue Planet. One of the pages, Sustainability Initiatives, jotted down a few steps one can follow for a green life –
- Help in conservation activities in your locality/ surrounding natural areas.
- Participate in the environment awareness activities.
- Wise use of resources like paper, fuel etc.
- Efficient use of water & energy at home.
- Avoid use of plastic bags while shopping.
- Be a responsible tourist by practising eco-tourism.
- Avoid littering around during travel.
