Mumbai: The makers of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, headlined by Akshay Kumar, have finally dropped the film’s first teaser, promising a complete entertainer packed with comedy and chaos.
The teaser opens with visuals of a crowd crossing the LoC under tight military surveillance before shifting to a jungle-based film shoot that quickly spirals into madness.
In one sequence, Paresh Rawal shouts “action” just as Suniel Shetty accidentally smashes Akshay’s feet with a giant hammer. Suniel is later seen tumbling from a height, adding to the chaos.
The teaser perfectly sums up the madness with the tagline, “Real danger and real idiots.”
The teaser further shows the entire cast venturing deep into the jungle armed with guns and dressed in military uniforms as part of the film shoot, completely unaware that actual danger is stalking them from behind.
Soon, the group confronts a massive gorilla, leading to a series of chaotic and hilari
ous moments as the characters are tossed around and chased through the jungle.
In a scene, Akshay suddenly stops while walking with a gun, prompting Arshad to ask, “Why did you stop? Is there a signal ahead?”
Akshay humorously replies, “I don’t want to do this film.”
Tusshar then reminds him, “You are getting crores for it,” to which Akshay jokes, “Money always comes in between.”
The teaser ends on another comic note, with Suniel repeatedly firing at Akshay while shouting, “Tu marta kyu nahi hai?”
