Kolkata: In a major development, West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose has resigned from his position ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections in the state.
“I have spent enough time at Governor’s office,” Bose told PTI after resigning.
The exact reason of his sudden resignation is not yet clear.
Bose, who was sworn in as the 22nd Governor of West Bengal on November 23, 2022, reportedly sent his resignation letter to Delhi.
