‘Where Did The Dome Come From?’ Kejriwal Slammed Over Ram Navami Ad; Know Why
New Delhi: Many Twitter users on Sunday slammed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over a Ram Navami ad issued by his government.
An angry Twitterati pointed out that the structure at the centre of the image in the ad resembles a mosque.
Kanchan Gupta, Senior Adviser, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, was among those who slammed the ad.
“The Sri Ram Mandir at Ayodhya looks nothing like as shown in tax-funded Delhi Govt ad along with Arvind Kejriwal’s smirking face. Whose fetid imagination is the visual in the ad? Where did the dome come from? Architect’s scale model images of Sri Ram Mandir are freely available,” he tweeted.
Twitter users also pointed out that there was no flag, saffron colour or the image of Lord Ram in the ad.
