Malkangiri: A wild bear was spotted roaming inside Gobindpali High School under Khairapur block here on Tuesday night.
CCTV footage showed the bear scaling the school boundary wall. It is suspected that the bear strayed in search of food, as there is a hostel on the campus.

The bear made his way back early in the morning by scaling the wall once again.
The school is situated near a jungle and this is not the first time that a bear entered the school, said sources.
Locals alleged that Forest Department officials and the district administration are aware of all the incidents but have not taken any action in this regard.
