Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, a mother allegedly threw her 6-month-old baby girl into fire at Salia Sahi slum in Odisha capital on Thursday.
The infant was rushed to Capital Hospital here and later shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack. She has reportedly sustained 90 percent burns and her condition is critical.

According to available information, the woman threw the baby into fire in a fit of rage after a heated argument with her husband.
She was found in a state of shock after the incident.
