Angul: A youth was found hanging in a rented house at Bhandubar village in Angul district on Monday morning.
He was identified as Nihar Sahu.
According to sources, Nihar’s neighbours spotted him hanging from the ceiling of the house and immediately alerted the police.
Police along with a scientific team reached the spot and started investigation.
Though the reason behind the person’s death is not yet clear, with injury marks on his mouth police suspect that he was murdered over past enmity.
The house was later sealed by police and the body sent for post-mortem.
Meanwhile, the villagers demanded a thorough inquiry into the matter.
