Angul: A young man was injured after being attacked by a group
of miscreants at Narayanchandrapur in Angul district on Saturday.
According to sources, four unknown miscreants attacked the victim with
a sharp weapon in front of his house and fled the spot.

Some locals, who rescued him and rushed him to a hospital in a
critical condition, told police that the incident was a fallout of a
past enmity.
Police have started investigation into the matter.
The statement of the youth’s neighbours were also collected by a
police team to help them intensify the investigation process, a police
officer informed.
