Dhenkanal: The body of a youth was found under the bridge of Ghumura canal in Kamakhyanagar police station limits of Dhenkanal on Friday.
Kalindi Pradhan (33) was a resident of Kamakhyanagar.
On being informed, the police reached to the spot and seized his body for post-mortem. The police also seized a scooter and cellphone from the spot.
Though the exact cause behind the youth’s death is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected he was murdered. Irate locals blocked the road to demand the murderer’s arrest.
