Bhubaneswar: The Khandagiri Police on Sunday recovered the decomposed body of youth hanging from a tree inside a forest behind the premises of a government engineering college in the Ghatikia area on the outskirts of the city.
While the identity of the deceased is yet to be known, police suspect that the youth belongs to the locality in Ghatikia.
Police later took the body to the Capital Hospital for post-mortem.
