- Malik is known for addressing his anxiety issues publicly. While leaving the band- “One Direction” in 2015, Malik told the media that he had to do this for the sake of his mental health. He wanted to protect himself from the anxiety that he had been facing due to live performances. This bold step helped millions of his fans who are struggling with the same and are unable to share find a solution to this issue. It motivated them to come forward and accept that sometimes being anxious is fine and there is nothing to be ashamed about it.
