Bhubaneswar: A man was arrested with 22 grams of brown sugar in the state capital here on Wednesday.
The accused identified as Prasanna Sahoo (21) was arrested during a joint raid by Khurda Excise Squad and District Mobile Squad at Samantarapur around 6.30 am.
A motorcycle was also seized from him.
The approximate value of the seized contraband is estimated to be Rs 4 lakh, an excise official informed.
