Rourkela: Picnic turned tragic for three youths after they went missing in river Koel while taking a bath in Rourkela on Sunday.
As per preliminary reports, a group of youths had gone to Jhirpani for picnic when the three youths, who are yet to be identified, went for a bath and got swept away at around 3 pm.
Local residents along with Fire Services personnel have reached the spot and a search operation was on when the report was filed.
