Rourkela: A 38-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 60-year-old woman in Odisha’s Rourkela.
According to reports, the victim, a daily wager, lives in a rented house. The accused allegedly gagged her with a piece of cloth and raped her on June 22 night. He also threatened the woman not to disclose the incident to anyone.
