Bhubaneswar: Following repeated demands by the commuters, the Indian Railways has decided to provide stoppage of 5 pairs of trains at Belpahar and Brajrajnagar stations in Odisha’s Jharsuguda district.
While 3 pairs of trains will have stoppage at Brajrajnagar, 2 pairs will stop at Belpahar on an experimental basis for a period of six months.
Stoppage at Brajrajnagar
18477/18478 Puri-Yog Nagari-Puri Kalinga Utkal Express leaving from both sides on March 24 will stop at Brajarajnagar. This train from Puri will arrive at the town at 1058hrs and leave at 1100hrs towards Rishikesh. In the return direction, this train will arrive at Brajarajnagar at 1223hrs and leave at 1225hrs towards Puri.
22866/22865 Puri-Mumbai LTT-Puri Express from Puri will stop at Brajarajnagar from March 28 and from Mumbai LTT on March 30. This train from Puri will arrive at 1409hrs and leave at 1411hrs towards Mumbai LTT. In the return direction, the train will arrive at 2310hrs and leave at 2312hrs towards Puri.
20813/20814 Jodhpur-Puri-Jodhpur Express from Jodhpur from March 25 and from Puri from March 29 will stop at Brajarajnagar. The train from Jodhpur will arrive at 0024hrs and leave at 0026hrs towards Puri. In the return direction, the train from Puri will arrive at 0046hrs and leave at 0048hrs towards Jodhpur.
Stoppage at Belpahar
18477/18478 Puri-Yog Nagari-Puri Kalinga Utkal Express leaving from both sides on March 24 will stop at Belpahar. The train from Puri will arrive at 1109hrs and leave at 1111hrs towards Rishikesh. In the return direction, the train from Rishikesh will arrive at 1206hrs and leave at 1208hrs towards Puri.
12879/12880 Bhubaneswar-Mumbai LTT-Bhubaneswar Express from Mumbai LTT will stop at Belpahar from March 25 and from Bhubaneswar from March 27. This train from Mumbai LTT will arrive at 2257hrs and leave at 2259hrs towards Bhubaneswar. In the return direction, the train from Bhubaneswar will arrive at Belpahar at 1420hrs and leave at 1422hrs towards Mumbai LTT.
